About the administration:

The Department of Knowledge Exchange and International Cooperation tasks: contact the internal and external international cooperation and knowledge exchange bodies, Contact colleges and deanships to determine their cooperation needs, visit local and international universities and different sectors and discuss ways of collaboration with them. Communication with the Saudi cultural bureau to obtain information about the collaborating universities. Participation in international university conferences, which are held locally and abroad. Preparing and drafting memorandums of understanding and service contracts. Preparing annual reports on the memorandum of understanding and service contracts signed by the university and other activities carried out by the Department of International Cooperation and Knowledge Exchange.

Organizational Affiliation: The Department of International Cooperation and Knowledge Exchange is affiliated with the Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research.

• Facilitating communication and knowledge exchange between university employees and international universities.

• Completing the final agreements, memorandums of understanding and contracts with universities and international scientific institutions.

• Activating the university's membership in various international bodies and organizations.

• Organizing faculty members’ visits to leading universities to learn more about their academic and research experiences.

• Organizing visits by visiting professors from international universities and research centers to learn more about academic research.

• Representing the university in international forums according to the instructions.

• Facilitating the advantages of the university's employees from the scientific and research partnerships and agreements with international universities and scientific institutions.

• Coordinating visits, meetings and scientific meetings with delegations outside the university and taking their recommendations.

• Coordination with the Ministry of Education for the university to take advantage of the international agreements concluded by the Ministry with its counterparts from other countries.

• Supervising a program to attract visiting professors from distinguished scientists and researchers to participate in the university's educational and research programs.

• Participate in defining performance measurement indicators for all management activities and developing them continuously.

• Participate in determining the department's human resources, equipment and materials needs, and follow up on providing them.

• Participate in determining the training needs of the administration's employees to nominate them for the appropriate training programs.

• Preparing periodic reports on the department's activities, achievements and proposals for performance development.

• Any other tasks assigned to it within its competence.
