- The number of Saudi faculty and their percentage to the total faculty members in the department, their specializations, and their teaching loads.
- The number of lecturers and teaching assistants in the department.
- The number of scholarship students from the department, who are expected to return, and their majors.

- Setting appropriate rules and procedures for holding scientific events in all their forms.
- Supervising the achievement of controls and standards in holding scientific events.
